AI services for campus employees
Zoom AI Companion features include meeting transcription, summarization, Q&A, and more. Features need to be enabled via the Zoom web portal. Users are notified when a meeting is AI-enhanced.
Copilot with Data Protection is a chatbot that provides a simple chat experience. It supports things like image generation, PDF summarization, content generation, and fact retrieval.
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is an AI-powered productivity tool that works alongside popular Microsoft 365 Apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more. This product is recharge and currently in a soft launch.
Google Gemini is a multimodal AI model powering Google's AI chatbot and integrated across its products, capable of understanding and generating diverse data. NotebookLM is an AI-powered research and note-taking tool using Gemini to help users interact with their uploaded documents, offering summarization, Q&A, idea generation, and audio overviews.

A low-code workflow automation platform powered by a self-hosted n8n deployment, allowing you to create AI-powered workflows and agents using a simple drag-and-drop interface. Connect data sources, define logic, and deploy custom automations—all without writing code. We are currently in early pilots of this offering.

Access a growing library of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that extend what AI can do for you. MCP enables AI assistants to securely connect with external tools, data sources, and services—unlocking capabilities like querying databases, searching documents, and integrating with campus systems. Our hub will provide campus-ready MCP servers you can leverage in your own projects and workflows.

Agent Skills are pre-built instructions, workflows, and configurations that teach AI assistants how to perform specialized tasks consistently and reliably.
