Why it was built
Teams often know where repetitive work creates friction, but informal conversations are difficult to compare across roles and departments. Process Discovery gives service owners a consistent way to collect staff perspectives and preserve the evidence behind each finding.
Participant and campaign workflow
Campaign managers create reusable interview plans with sections, goals, and follow-up guidance. Participants receive a personal link, review the written consent notice, complete a microphone check, and confirm consent again when the voice session begins. They can pause and return through the same link.
After an interview is complete, the application joins the session transcript and redacts personal information before further analysis. A staged workflow extracts recurring processes and non-process themes, evaluates the evidence, groups related findings, and prepares campaign views for authorized reviewers.
Evidence review and current status
Reviewers can examine a ranked opportunity backlog, process dossiers, department heatmaps, systems views, synthesized themes, and cited answers across the analyzed interview set. Findings retain links to their supporting evidence, and reviewers decide how to interpret, combine, route, or reject them.
The application is in pilot. Participants choose whether to take part, campaign owners set the interview and retention boundaries, and authorized people decide whether any proposed process change should proceed.
